Kumar Subramanian

Kumar is a seasoned management consulting leader with 22+ years of experience in the professional services industry during which time he has lived in India, Singapore, Australia and UK. Prior to founding Sculpt, Kumar was a consulting partner at Aon, where he led the Governance & Executive Compensation practice across the Asia Pacific Middle East region. During his professional tenure, Kumar has advised public-listed Company Boards and Institutional Investors across a number of topics including board effectiveness, executive remuneration, sales force effectiveness, shared services and offshoring strategy, capital budgeting and acquisitions.

He is a regular publisher of articles and opinions on related subject matter topics in leading periodicals like Singapore Business Times, Fortune etc.

Kumar is deeply passionate about sustainability and serves as a pro-bono advisor for notable non profit organisations in the health and education space.

Mr. Subramanian is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance. He also holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS). During his professional tenure, he secured accreditations from the University of Oxford (on Climate Emergency Programme and Corporate Sustainability Programme), and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (on Value Based Management). He is also a certified credential holder from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).

Anil Nag

Anil has spent the last 20 years working in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. Having started in risk management and market analysis, he has held a variety of commercial positions in the light-ends petroleum trading sector in oil majors, petrochemical companies, trading houses, and shipowners. He grew up in the UK and has worked and lived in Singapore (his current residence), US, Middle East and Continental Europe, developing an extensive global network in the energy business. 

In his part-time role as an Advisory Fellow, Anil is helping provide the firm with the beachhead to grow its operations in Southeast and Far East Asia. He also advises clients in embedding sustainability-related topics into their risk management policies and practices. Anil holds a Masters Degree in Finance from the London School of Economics, and also a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Economics with Econometrics also from the London School of Economics.

Dhritiman Chakravarti

Dhritiman is a consummate business builder with 25 years of cumulative experience. 22 years of those were in Management Consulting, more recently as Senior Partner with Korn Ferry Hay Group. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Willis Towers Watson and Aon.

During his professional stint, he has managed businesses with full P&L responsibility over 15 years and built successful teams spanning most of his leadership roles. Dhritiman resides in Singapore since the last 17 years, before which he has lived and worked in China, India, Malaysia and the United States.

Today, Dhritiman leads the Digital Consulting Centre of Excellence (CoE) at BRIDGEi2i Analytics, an AI led digital transformation partner for large enterprises. In his current role, he is responsible for driving BRIDGEi2i’s digital transformation growth charter, working in concert with  Sales leadership, Delivery Units, other CoEs and corporate functions. Prior to his current role, he was on BRIDGEi2i’s Advisory Board, where he guided its global go-to-market strategy on people analytics, and its expansion into the Asia Pacific region

Dhritiman is also a Limited Partner (Investor) and Member of the Investment Committee at Investigate Network Capital, an Early-stage Venture Capital Fund, investing in network orchestrator business models. He serves as   a board member and a mentor to many early-stage companies, advising them on areas such as product development, go-to-market strategy, and growth.

Mr. Chakrabarti holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Hons) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy, and an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management.

Anubha Prasad

Anubha is a technocrat, a career banker and a sustainable finance practitioner. Anubha has had a 23 year stint at Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). Apart from leading SIDBI’s core business of project financing, credit delivery and portfolio management, she successfully led SIDBI’s projects with the Green Climate Fund, The World Bank, European Union, KfW, GIZ and other global multilateral institutions. In 2018, Anubha transitioned to the UN Environment, India as the National Coordinator, leading the work on sustainable innovations, inclusive Green Economy, sustainable finance, sustainable livelihoods and sectoral green transition projects.

In October 2020, Anubha founded Karekeba Ventures (Kare-ke-ba: Bhojpuri for ‘we must do it’) in October 2020. Karekeba is Accelerator-cum-Impact Investment Platform for nurturing innovation-driven start-ups and small and medium businesses from under-served states.

Anubha also mentors hundreds of first-generation entrepreneurs, and advised start-ups and incubators at B-schools, including Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs)

Anubha has held Board level positions in several Government and private companies, and is presently on the Energy Advisory Board of World Resources Institute, India. She is a visiting faculty and jury at business incubators at several Universities and Business Schools.

Ms. Prasad is an undergraduate in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT). She also holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Management Development India (MDI) Gurgaon, India and subsequently became a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.
